The Long Term Plan is Council’s major planning document and we consult with the community every three years on what it should include. This Annual Plan 2023/24 Consultation Document sets out how 2023/24 will differ from what had been included in the Long Term Plan. While there are some major changes in the Annual Plan 2023/24 it will still be consistent with, and its projects guided by, the strategic setting of the Long Term Plan.
