Pre-hearing Expert Conferencing
Direction 2 and 3 set out the requirements for facilitated pre-hearing expert conferencing and the extension of time for the conferencing.
Conferencing commenced on 3 June 2022 to be concluded by 20 May 2022, however due to the amount of conferences the Panel allowed for meetings after 20 May. Conferencing therefore concluded on 27 May 2022.
All conferencing has been completed and Joint Witness Statements have been provided as a record of those meetings.
