Private Plan Change 30 and Notice of Requirement are to be heard by independently accredited commissioners Helen Atkins (Chair), David McMahon, and Lindsay Daysh.
The Hearing Panel has released Directions prior to the Hearing to advise of hearing dates, evidence exchange, and speaking times. It is essential that all parties attending the hearing have read and understood the Hearing Panel Directions.
The Hearing was held from 13 to 17 May and adjourned at 2:00pm, Thursday 23 May for the Nelson City Council S42 Report Author response. All Hearing video recordings can be found on the Nelson City Council YouTube, along with the Hearing Schedule.
