There is an increase in truck and machinery movements on the beach in front of the work site. This may temporarily limit access for walkers and dogs. There will be traffic wardens on site to manage this.

The work is running on schedule and we expect trucking to be completed, the low-level dune reinstated and the car park to be finished before the end of November.

Please note: The far back beach carpark, at the end of Back Beach Road and beyond the area where the sawdust is being removed, is not affected by this work and will be available for use as usual once the road reopens.
