Saxton Indoor Courts Closed: 26 January – 2 February

We’re giving the Saxton indoor courts a refresh and adding some exciting new line markings.

During this week-long closure, the Saxton Indoor Courts will be:

• Re-sealed and top-coated

• Repaired to fix scuffs, dents and cracks

• Remarked with brand new court lines to support even more sports

What’s new on the courts? You’ll soon see lines for:

• Fast5 Netball

• KiwiVolley (Year 3–6)

• Pickleball

• Plus, updated markings for netball, volleyball and basketball

This upgrade supports our peak season use, with around 30,000 children participating each month, helping ensure the courts are safe, high quality, and ready for the next generation of players.

The project is fully funded by Nelson City Council.
