The flood protection project has kicked off, with the work site being established and silt protection installed. This prevents any silt from entering the stream as work gets underway.

Thanks to everyone for your patience during the work. We will end up with a stream that will be able to cope better with large rainfall events, and so the banks to not scour out and potentially threaten properties.
