We are now looking to progress to Phase 2 of the project, which will focus on making it safer to use active modes of transport (walking and cycling) in the area.

We are inviting Nelson South residents, Nelson Intermediate School families, and any interested parties to give us ideas about how we can make Phase 2 a success.

We are holding an event at Nelson Intermediate School (NIS) Hall on the evening of 11 March 2021, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

We have some ideas about what could work, but we want to understand what will work for residents and the wider Nelson public.
