New footpaths are now open in the Montgomery Square and Alma Street laneways, allowing pedestrian access between the parking squares and Bridge Street.
When the laneways fully reopen to traffic they will also shift to a new one-way layout to improve safety and flow:
Work in both laneways is expected to be completed at the end of next week.

Does Social Pinpoint use “cookies”?

When you use Social Pinpoint’s website(s), Social Pinpoint or its IT service providers may obtain information using technologies such as cookies, tags, web beacons, and navigational data collection (log files, server logs, and clickstream data). The Social Pinpoint Privacy Officer will review all complaints received and respond to each complainant upon due consideration (which may require further information to be provided).
If a privacy breach occurs, Social Pinpoint will notify you where possible of the breach and seek your direction about how you would like to respond to the incident.
Will this Privacy Policy change?
Social Pinpoint may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website.

All submissions/feedback (including your name and contact details) will be provided to Council officers for administration and analysing feedback, and to those who are involved in decision-making on the consultation.
For formal consultations (Special Consultative Procedures e.g. Annual Plan/Long Term Plan/Bylaws or Resource Management submissions) - All submissions, including submitter names (unless you request otherwise) but not contact details, will be publicly available online.
For informal feedback, submitter names (unless you request otherwise) but not contact details, may be publicly available online.

What content does Nelson City Council own?
Shape Nelson website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) and its suppliers and licensors. We own and retain all proprietary rights in the intellectual property. All intellectual property in the content of this site including without limitation to text, software, source code, pages, documents and online graphics, photographs, sounds, audio, video and other interactive features are owned by or licensed to us.
Any original content that you submit or post on our site may be made available to the public and allows users to share your content (with the end user acknowledging your contribution) under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 Australian License.
Except for Intellectual Property that is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, alter, transmit, sell, or distribute any of the Intellectual Property.
