EASEMENT TO BE GRANTED OVER A PORTION OF A ROAD RESERVE

SECTION 48(2); RESERVES ACT 1977

As part of the construction of the Wastney Terrace subdivision project, the applicant requires easements for the construction of a right of way, retaining wall, water services, electrical and telecommuncations. All services are to be underground excluding a retaining wall erected in order to support the driveway on the easement area, within the Wastney Terrace Road Reserve, Lot 9 Deposited Plan 15070, Wastney Terrace, Nelson.

This notice is given under s48(2); Reserves Act 1977.
