The ground lease for the Waahi Taakaro Golf course buildings is scheduled to be renewed this year.

Nelson City Council is proposing to renew this lease with the current operators, Waahi Taakaro Golf Club Incorporated. The proposed new lease term is for 5 years, with a right of renewal for a further 5 years.

The Reserves Act 1977 requires us to seek submissions and objections from the public about what they think about this proposal.
