We are continuing to build the cycling network in our Smart Little City as part of the Tahunanui Pathways project along Parkers Road, Muritai Street and Waikare Street.

The next stage of construction continues along Muritai Street from the intersection of Green Street through to Centennial Road from Tuesday 2 June until Friday 3 July between 7am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

We will be erecting traffic management in the parking bays parallel to the footpath, hence removing the ability to park. Additionally we will have a pedestrian diversion in place and cyclists will be merging with traffic so there will be a 30km/h speed restriction in place. We ask that you please follow the traffic management signs and cross at the signed locations.

We aim to minimise inconvenience where possible but we would respectfully ask you to be patient and follow the directions of our staff.
