A garage/workshop built in 1967 at 14A Rimu Street encroaches onto the adjoining Council‑owned Local Purpose Reserve (Drainage), Lot 9 DP 4101. Driveway works completed in 2021/22 also extend onto the reserve. Council proposes to grant an easement to address this long‑term encroachment in accordance with the Reserves Act 1977. This notice is given under s48(2) of the Reserves Act 1977.
