EASEMENT TO BE GRANTED OVER A PORTION OF POORMAN VALLEY STREAM ESPLANADE RESERVE FOR STORMWATER
SECTION 48(2); RESERVES ACT 1977
Proposed Easement over Reserve Land – Poorman Valley Stream Esplanade Reserve
The owner of the adjoining property at 482 Main Road Stoke is undertaking a 14-unit residential development and is required to establish a stormwater outfall between the development site and Poorman Valley Stream.
To facilitate the stormwater discharge, Council proposes to grant an easement over adjoining reserve land. The proposed works affect:
- Poorman Valley Stream Esplanade Reserve (Lot 21 DP 5048)
Council proposes to grant an easement over the affected reserve land for the purpose of conveying stormwater, including the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, renewal, and replacement of associated stormwater infrastructure.
This notice is given pursuant to section 48(2) of the Reserves Act 1977.

Objections to the proposal, giving grounds for objections and if the objector wishes to be heard, must be made in writing by any person claiming to be affected.
