This work is now complete.

During the August weather event, a culvert on Groom Creek was damaged. This needs to be repaired so the public can continue to safely cross this section of the waterway.

Our contractor (Nelmac) will be working to replace the existing culvert, starting in the week beginning 6 June 2023.

The project will involve diverting the water using pumps, and ecologists are on hand to make sure that all aquatic life in this section of the creek is safely away from the worksite.
