Nelson City Council (NCC) has a project scheduled to replace the ageing 100mm water pipe in Marden Valley Road. The upgraded pipe will be more resilient, catering for improved flows required by development in the area.

When this work occurs, we will do our best to make sure that any inconvenience is minimised, but there is the potential for significant disruption including noise and vibration as we install the new pipe.

There will be traffic restrictions in The Ridgeway, Kakenga Road and Marsden Valley Road while we undertake the works.
