Families, walkers, runners and cyclists will soon have a new place to visit or set off from on their adventures up the Maitai Valley.

The Maitai Recreation Hub had been on the cards for some time, with the location being confirmed in April 2021. The Waahi Taakaro Golf Course was identified as an ideal location, as by partnering with the Golf Course we will be able to provide improved facilities for all users.
