The feedback and consultation period has now closed.

Nelson City Council was seeking feedback from the public about extending the leases for a number of kindergartens in Nelson City.

All of the Kindergartens are owned and run by Nelson Tasman Kindergartens.

The kindergartens at Grove Street and Ranui Road are on land that is subject to the Reserves Act 1977. We were seeking submissions from the public about these locations, and any objections.

The kindergartens at Kawai Street and Muritai Street are subject to the Local Government Act 2002. We were seeking feedback from the public on these.

Feedback and consultation closed on 16 November 2022 at 4pm.
