Pipes 3m underground!

28 October 2025

Ever wondered how we install stormwater pipes or infrastructure 3m underground in a residential area?

We start by excavating the ground, and then we push sheet piles into the ground. These are big metal beams that stop the excavated work area from caving in.

The pipes are carefully laid and connected then the site is backfilled.

I know we make it sound really easy, but it's a big and complex project. Luckily, these lads are good at what they do. They're currently working very close to residential houses on Cleveland Terrace installing a new intake and upgrading the stormwater infrastructure.
