EASEMENT TO BE GRANTED OVER A PORTION OF BISLEY AVENUE RESERVE
As part of slip remediation work undertaken, the applicant requires easements for the encroachment of a portion of a retaining wall and boundary fence. The retaining wall is erected to support the access driveway and fencing on the property adjoining Bisley Avenue Reserve, Lot 11 Deposited Plan 1413, Bisley Avenue, Nelson.
This notice is given under s48(2) of the Reserves Act 1977.

Objections to the proposal, giving grounds for objections, and if the objector wishes to be heard, must be made in writing by any person claiming to be affected.

Objections must be received by Council no later than 5pm on Monday 10th November 2025.
Anyone who has so requested shall be given the opportunity to speak to the Council in support of their objection.
